PHCC: Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association is dedicated to the advancement and education of the plumbing and HVACR industry for the health, safety and welfare of society and the protection of the environment. Moen is a proud supporter and member of PHCC. A portion of Moen’s annual financial support of PHCC goes directly to fund scholarships for qualifying applicants.
MikeroweWORKS Foundation
Supporting the mikeroweWORKS Foundation Work Ethic Scholarship Program is another way that Moen works to make it possible for interested parties to pursue a trade. This scholarship program provides financial assistance to qualified individuals pursuing careers in the skilled trades, including plumbing, pipefitting, electrical, welding, and beyond. To date, the mikeroweWORKS Foundation has awarded more than $5M in work ethic scholarships.
She Built This City
SBTC creates pathways for women in the construction and manufacturing industry. They strive to develop on-ramps for women in the trades and hands-on training is one of them. Moen is proud to sponsor SBTC’s Pre-apprenticeship Plumbing Program – an all-woman, 15-week, hands-on learning experience hosted at SBTC’s Innovation Alley workshop in Charlotte, NC. In addition to hands-on instruction from industry veterans, the course includes site visits and guest speakers. Graduates of the program are ready to enter the field and continue to learn on the job.
Women in Plumbing and Piping
WIPP’s focus is on connecting and empowering women so that their training and leadership skills can help drive the overall betterment and professionalism of the plumbing & piping industries. Their membership also includes and welcomes men who support the inclusion of women in the plumbing & piping industries. Working together, WIPP is bringing the industry to a new level of excellence by supporting and promoting the contributions of women as an essential component of the future of plumbing & piping!

The Pirate Project
The Pirate Project at Perry High School in Perry, Ohio, offers students in grades 10 through 12 valuable hands-on experience in the construction trades. Throughout the academic year, students renovate a single-family home purchased by the school district, participating in general construction, project planning, financing, architecture, interior design, marketing and sales, and project documentation.
Build Your Future Arizona
Build Your Future Arizona’s mission is to create a sustainable and skilled craft workforce by creating awareness about high-paying construction careers, training opportunities and mapping career paths to employment in these high-demand occupations. The organization is led by employers invested in inspiring the next generation of craft professionals.
The Student House Project
The Student House Project, initiated in 1978 by the Frederick County Students Construction Trades Foundation, Inc., provides real-world experience for students in trades programs such as carpentry, electricity, HVAC, plumbing and landscaping. As a proud partner, Moen donates materials and offers training to first- and second-year students, helping to cultivate the next generation's skills in the trades.
