How long do the training courses take?
Course times vary, but most can be completed in 30-60 minutes. You can always pause and return later if needed.
Can I pause a course and come back to it later?
Yes! Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pick up where you left off anytime.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
You’ll receive a badge after successfully completing each Skill Development Track.
Are there quizzes or tests in the training?
Yes, each course in a Skill Development Track includes short quizzes to help reinforce what you’ve learned. You’ll need to pass these to complete each course, earn points and successfully complete the Skill Development Track.
How do I track my training progress?
You can check your progress in the Training section of your dashboard. It shows your current training level, completed courses points earned and more.
Can I retake a course?
Yes, you can go back and review course materials anytime, even after completing them.
What happens if I don’t pass a quiz?
No worries! You can retake the quiz as many times as needed until you pass.
Are there any in-person or hands-on training opportunities?
Club Moen training is primarily online, but as you advance, you may unlock access to special training events, webinars or even in-person experiences.
Will completing training help me earn more rewards?
Yes! Each course you complete earns points, which you can redeem for rewards. Higher-level courses offer more points as you progress.
What’s the difference between the different Skill Development Tracks?
Each track focuses on a different aspect of Moen products and plumbing skills—from product knowledge to sales techniques to advanced installation practices. The more tracks you complete, the more expertise you gain!
How do I unlock new training?
You unlock new courses by completing required training at your current level. As you earn points and move up, new Skill Development Tracks become available.
Can my employer track my training progress?
If you’re part of a team registered under a business account, owners or managers may have access to training progress reports. Check with your employer for details.

Who is eligible to earn points?
All registered users, including plumbing installers (plumbers, general contractors & remodelers and maintenance & repair professionals) and plumbing suppliers (plumbing wholesalers and home improvement stores) are eligible to earn points.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by completing trainings and monthly challenges, being recognized as a top performer as well as participating in community events and counter days.
How soon will points show up on my dashboard?
Points should appear on your dashboard right away after you earn them. If you don’t see them immediately, try refreshing your dashboard. If there’s still an issue, contact us for help.
How do I exchange my points for rewards?
Redeeming your points is easy. Simply log into your account and click on Rewards to browse and redeem your points for available swag and enjoy the perks of your hard work!
When can I expect to receive my rewards?
Once you redeem your points, your reward should arrive within 5-7 business days as long as the item is in stock. If you experience any delays, feel free to contact us for support.
Do my points ever expire?
No, your points never expire. You’re required to renew your account every year, but your points stay intact, so you can keep earning and redeeming them whenever you’re ready.
